In the five years since we have opened our doors, VESPA has listed some of the finest townhouses, brownstones and rentals that have come to market, and we have successfully closed deals on them. We continue to proportionately, list, sell and rent more properties than larger franchise firms and are proud of our reputation for providing excellent real estate services.
At the same time, we are increasingly growing our buyer-broker representation business, having sold many properties listed by other firms, as well. By successfully counseling buyers and representing their interests in purchases or properties by other agencies, we are proving that our expertise and experience makes a difference.
